On 17 December, on the slopes of Meribel, luxury real estate group Vallat will unveil the Antarès Meribel Resort – a unique concept combining exceptional apartments, luxury hotel services and the first clinical spa in the French Alps.

Nestled amongst the picturesque Meribel ski slopes, in the heart of the Three Valleys, the Antares Resort is home to seven large chalets.

Set in a modern and timeless setting, Antares combines vast private apartments with the serenity of the first wellness clinic in the French Alps, all complemented by exceptional high-end services – think private chef, private airline and luxury concierge service.

Set in the heart of the Vanoise National Park, Meribel is without a doubt the most elegant and authentic of all the Three Valley resorts – which is the largest ski area in the world.

The preserved charm of its architecture, the quality of its skiing and the intimacy of its village, as well as its combination of both sport and relaxation, make it a popular resort for both advanced skiers and families.

Situated on the sunny side of Meribel, Antares runs alongside the Rhodos piste, offering a truly unparalleled ski-in, ski-out experience.

Nestled at an altitude of 1707 metres, in the hamlet of Belvedere, the resort offers breathtaking views of the mountains, forest and surrounding valley.

Antares Meribel has a 400m2 ski room fitted with private lockers, ensuring clients’ equipment is always stored securely. Offering direct access to the slopes, the ski room is also an inviting space to meet with instructors over a coffee.

The showroom and ski-shop areas (Sport Boutique) also offer an opportunity to hire and test top-of-the-range equipment, whilst benefiting from the advice of experienced professionals.

Access to hikes and trails

Antares is an experience to be enjoyed on sunny days, too.

The Meribel golf course is one of the most beautiful 18-hole courses in the mountains, while the VTT bike park offers more than a dozen downhill and cross-country trails.

Walks and hikes in the heart of the Vanoise National Park and the Tueda reserve reveal breathtaking landscapes and untouched alpine nature.

Alpine apartments

The Antares Meribel Resort is made up of seven chalets, all built using noble materials that blend harmoniously with the environment.

The resort includes 63 family apartments of 120 to 500m2 that can accommodate 5 to 14 guests, as well as an individual chalet of 700m2 that can accommodate up to 18 guests, and they open onto the valley and surrounding forests.

Inside, decorators have designed large living rooms and open-plan kitchens.

Each bedroom is fitted with an en-suite, and in the master bedrooms, leather craftsmen have added a defined identity to each property through leather walls in custom colours.

The interior design blends raw materials of rough stone and corten steel with refined finishes of carved wood and polished copper.

Where possible, local crafts have been favoured to honour French craftsmanship and in fitting with the authentic alpine architecture.

Antares Meribel Resort, like any ski resort, is also a place of festivity.

The lounge bar has a cosy atmosphere and welcomes residents for coffee, tea, aperitif or for tasting great wines or fine spirits.

By the fire, guests can enjoy refined food all day long, from a menu created in collaboration with local chefs.

There’s a selection of chic snacks and tapas as well as a Antares wine cellar with the advice of the head sommelier, and a cigar cellar and cigarium.
